The Anderson County Human Resources and Risk Management Department is dedicated to communication and cooperation to create an atmosphere of trust, integrity and respect.  We are a service oriented department, responsible for providing assistance to all levels of employees, department heads, county officials and the public.  The human resources department is committed to providing a work atmosphere that is safe, healthy and secure and also conscious of long-term family and community goals.  We focus on establishing, administering and effectively communicating sound policies and practices that treat employees with dignity and equality while maintaining County compliance with employment and labor laws.
